Just a load of BS at the moment, I'm sure Lin's representatives are calling around the league to see who is interested. There is no doubt that Lin has a place in the NBA now that he has established himself, both on and off the court. He has huge marketability in the Asian community, and will be a good piece to have in any team with championship aspirations. How much teams are willing to pay him, across how many years, is a completely different thing. He would probably be able to get a 20m four-year deal at a decent team, or slightly more at a crap team. Depends if he wants to be "the man" or he doesn't mind coming off the bench for 15-20 mins a game.... |
