Well, their per game score difference is only -0.7 point. In other words, they allow opponents to score 0.7 point more than they scored per game. That is not too bad, about middle of the road for all teams. However, since they are in the strong Western Conference, that becomes worst in comparison. There is one glaring deficiency in their play though and that is in 3-point attempts. They averaged only 21.3 attempts per game (accuracy at 35.2% isn't that bad) and that is dead last in the league!(ranked 30th of all 30 teams!) For comparison, the #1 team Rockets averaged 40.1 attempts per game. In this 3-point era, that of course is an important deficiency. Their coach, Tom Thibodeau, is never noted for any emphasis in 3-point field (His 2010-2015 Bulls were below average in 3-point attempts).... |
